What's your cancellation/lateness policy?

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy and 20 minute late policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit. If you forget or just don't show up, your deposit will be forfeit. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, I may not have time to complete your service and your deposit will be forfeit.

There is no guarantee of results ​

Healed results vary from person to person. Many things can and do influence how your unique skin heals. Even though you get permanent cosmetics done, you may still need to use powder or pencil to achieve your personal style. Absolutely no guarantee is made at all and additional sessions (that will be charged according to prices at time of service) may be required. Healing is very individual and many things can influence it. I do not have control over your healing and retention of color. Aftercare is your ultimate responsibility and is necessary for good healing. Aftercare is explained throughly and given as a print out to take home.

Corrections are taken on an extremely limited basis

If at any time in the past, you have had your eyebrows tattooed you must disclose this to me. If you would like me to evaluate if they can be re-worked, you must send me a clear picture of your brows. This must be done before booking an appointment. If you do not disclose that you've had previous work done and show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit and appointment cancelled.  I cannot guarantee the result of corrected work. ​

 

A deposit is required to book an appointment

This is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. I require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. You will be unable to reschedule your appointment inside the 48 hour window.  If you choose to cancel your appointment after making it, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Please contact me if you are going to be late. Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointment that was cancelled for lateness. Deposits are absolutely non-refundable. 
 

What is included in the initial price? 

 

Your first session of design, procedure and the second session (touch up at 6-8 weeks) are included in your initial price. Any touch up or re-working after your first two sessions, will be charged accordingly. Any reworking or touch up that takes place after two years, will be considered a new procedure and will be charged the full price of a treatment.
